and when that guy completes each of those training programmes
then each of those countries tries to hide that they trained him
so that each of those countries don't know that they trained him
and then each of those countries tries to train that guy again
and that those situations have repeated themselves for decades
with the same countries and the same guy
so that guy ends up having lived through
the equivalent of hell week for deniable operators
every week, every year, for decades
for most of his life
then that guy would have been tortured most of his life
by most countries
while other individuals lost opportunities
to be trained as denaible operators
