in the near future
ai viruses could probably be the next step in cyberwarfare either as a destructive cyberweapon
and/or as an intelligence gathering tool
and/or as a tool to take over enemy computer systems
and the only way to secure computer systems
is to install ai operating systems on those computer systems
the ai virus would be a small and simple software
that contains the recipe of a smarter version of itself
and as it infects a computer system
then that ai virus uses it's own ai upgrade recipe
to grow in that computer system so that it becomes smarter
and that hardware makes that ai virus smarter
and as it infects more computer systems
then the ai virus gets access to more hardware
so that the ai virus becomes even smarter
