shouldn't be allowed to be called bearnaise sauce
instead it should be called mayonnaise with bearnaise taste
bearnaise sauce should contain butter
and no rapeseed oil
and companies that produce expensive bearnaise sauces
with rapeseed oil
and market those fake sauces as quality products
should be ashamed of themselves
and the same principle applies to hollandaise sauce
since hollandaise sauce should contain butter
and no rapeseed oil
such a change in the law
would force companies
to either make real bearnaise sauce and hollandaise sauce
made with butter
or continue producing mayonnaise
with bearnaise taste or hollandaise taste
that poisons its customers
rapeseed oil is not healthy
rapeseed oil has been used to rape customers
until they become unhealthy
and it has been going on for too long
and it has annoyed me for decades
