"the greys" aliens

yesterday at a time I don't remember 

I was in visual telepathic communication 

with aliens that looked somewhat like "the greys" in media reports 

I telepathically saw the head and upper chest of each alien 

each alien had grey skin 

and it's head was normal size compared to it's body 

as per humanoid standards 

and it's head had  some differences compared to media reports 

it was explained that they are "featherless birds"
