boil them until they are so soft that they break if touched
pour away the water
mash the boiled potatoes in the pot with a spoon
add rapeseed oil, tomato purée, spices and some water
boil it into a sauce
possibly add more water
taste and possibly add more spices
serve the sauce with some food
