and those xbox users uses voice to tell that ai 

to use all that source code to create a new games 

so the ai uses the source code of the games 

that microsoft owns 

and the xbox user tells the ai how to combine the games 

and how to change and design the resulting game 

and the ai rewrites the source code 

and uses the art assets 

from different games 

and it's all legal 

because microsoft owns all those games 

which includes source code and all the graphical assets 

and so on 

and microsoft doesn't need to open source anything 

since the ai could use closed source code 

and if the xbox user wants to view that code 

then that xbox user would need to sign a digital contract 

and the xbox users could sell their ai developed games 

to each other or to companies 

and microsoft would take a cut of those profits 

and if that business model works 

then microsoft could use that business model 

with apps and software

on computers, servers, tablets and phones 

which would enable microsoft to survive ai piracy 

and it could enable both microsoft and xbox users to thrive 

by earning a lot of money 

and that business model 

would turn many xbox users into game developers 

each with their own team of ai 

and there is already some history regarding this 

since some pc gamers modified their pc games 

so that those games became modded games 

and those gamers became modders 

and some of those modders were hired by game companies 

and some of those modded games were bought by game companies
