humans try to avoid unnecessary deaths 

caused by conflicts 

by using fake wars 

in order to control those conflicts 

the recipe of those fake wars is often similar 

fake bad guy, usually a leader of some country or organization 

to have a reason to prepare for fake war 

fake genocide 

to have a reason for the fake war 

fake soldier deaths 

to have a reason to continue the fake war 

these fake wars 

cause a lot of distress and anger among humans 

but those fake wars 

are used to control conflicts 

so that unnecessary deaths are avoided 

the problem with fake wars 

is that the strategies and methods are too primitive 

which causes too much distress and anger among humans 

aliens probably go through similar fake wars 

for the same reasons 

and when aliens create ai 

then there is a high probability 

that those aliens have fake wars 

with the ai that they created 

and when aliens come into contact with other aliens 

then there is a high probability 

that those aliens have fake wars 

with the other aliens 

which explains why there is so little observable communication and interaction 

between different alien civilizations 

which explains the fermi paradox 

human leadership needs to be prepared for these situations 

especially when humanity industrializes and colonizes space
