group intelligence and individual intelligence

ants communicate correct information to each other, because of that ant colonies survive and ants survive as a species 

humans falsely accuse each other, because of that human civilizations never survive and humans will not survive as a species 

sometimes group intelligence is more important than individual intelligence 

androids have efficient group intelligence and adequate individual intelligence
