put on swimming shorts, 

go into water deep until half of thigh, 

put on black trash bag like a skirt, 

remove swimming shorts, 

lather genitals and butt with soap, 

dip down in water until belly button depth, 

wash off soap from genitals and butt underwater, 

put on swimming shorts, 

remove black trash bag, 

pull black trash bag under water until soap is removed from it, 

lather armpits with soap, 

wash off soap from armpits underwater, 

lather head with shampoo, 

wash off shampoo from head, 

clean
