cybernetics influence in group behaviour

at first, cybernetics makes humans smarter as a group, 

and later cybernetics makes humans smarter as individuals, 

this benefits humans both as individuals and as a group 

before a human could probably feel with some accuracy if another human was a threat or not 

if both humans are cybernetic, then a human could probably feel with higher accuracy if another human was a threat or not 

this changes the fabric of society, to some extent 

people that wouldn't talk to each other before, might begin to talk to each other 

new friendships, new romances, new business ventures and so on 

and possibly that people in a city trust each other like people trust each other in a village
