and I think it would be practical 

if atleast a few personnel in special operations units of country B 

knows dark arts 

maybe it's time to learn dark arts 

if official personnel of special operations units 

wants to use uniforms, gear and weapons 

in official operations 

then that's fine 

and if covert operators of special operations units 

wants to use civilian clothes, civilian gear and civilian weapons 

in covert operations 

then that's fine 

but if deniable operators of special operations units 

wants to achieve results 

in deniable operations 

then they need to learn dark arts

when an alien civilization 

or alien living machine civilization 

comes into contact with me 

and that civilization realizes that I'm efficient at solving problems 

and/or realizes that my cybernetics is extremely powerful 

then that civilization will try to make me their guy 

which usually means that I'll be selected based on certain criteria 

and then I'll be tested based on certain criteria 

and then I'll be taught some stuff 

and then I'll do some jobs 

basically it means that I'll go through some stress tests 

but the problem is that since it's a big universe 

then there are extremely many alien civilizations 

and extremely many alien living machine civilizations 

that each wants to make me their guy 

and that means that I have gone through 

and will continue to go through extremely many stress tests 

which makes my life miserable, to say the least 

so the solution could be that I would go through more stress tests 

while being educated on courses or while doing jobs 

instead of going through stress tests by being harassed at home

since the media circus could force the government 

into making that deniable operator into an official person 

so it would be better if the population 

simply offered their hero some job, business opportunities or better living conditions

want to protect their hero in the darkness 

then that would be legal as long as they keep their distance and don't do anything illegal

are still fighting droughts caused by too little rain 

desalination plants powered by huge solar farms 

could be built by the sea 

on both the west coast and east coast of usa 

that turns saltwater from the sea into freshwater 

and pipelines would transfer all that freshwater 

to crop farms in areas in usa that often suffers from droughts 

and the pumping stations that moves the freshwater through the pipelines 

would be powered by solar farms 

that farming infrastructure 

could either be owned and financed by companies or the government 

or both 

and that farming infrastructure would reduce the impacts of weather 

on the entire agriculture part of the economy 

which would increase economic growth in usa 

each country needs to secure its ability to produce food 

and usa has the money and technology 

to enable its crop farms to survive droughts 

if that farming infrastructure is implemented in usa 

then it can later be exported as a product 

to africa, the middle east, central asia and australia
