if the foundation can't open source those patents in some countries 

then the foundation could own those patents 

but let everyone use them free of charge 

that could create a fuel injection in the small business communities 

in many countries

keep in mind that cream and creme fraiche 

probably has a shorter expiration date than rapeseed oil
