risotto

blend liver in a mixer until it becomes a purée 
pour water into the mixer and mix it into a fluid 

pour the liver fluid into a pot 
add more water 
and boil it into a liver stock 
add some spices and salt and taste 

don't skim the liver stock 
instead use a spoon to blend possible scum into the stock 
and don't pour the stock through a strainer 

pour rice into a pot 
heat the dry rice for a while in the pot 
then pour in some of the liver stock 
so that the rice is covered in fluid 
and boil it until more fluid is needed 
then pour in more liver stock 
and repeat until the rice is thoroughly boiled 
serve
