then put the fried meat on a plate
and leave the meat particles and meat fat in the frying pan
then lower the heat
and put cream in the frying pan
the cream combines with meat particles and meat fat
add spices and salt
heat gently while stirring with a spatula
until it becomes a sauce
if the sauce splits
then add more cream
and stir some more
serve the meat with the sauce
but meat and cream is expensive
so there are cheaper methods
to combine water and fat in a sauce
different ingredients could be used
such as:
crushed tomatoes from a can
or chop and fry onions
or blend peanuts in a blender until it becomes a peanut paste
or blend vegetables in a blender until it becomes a paste
then heat oil in a frying pan
and add peanut paste
and add some tomato paste from a tube or can
and add water
stir with a spatula while heating
add spices and salt
stir and taste
serve when done
or a sauce base can be done
which is putting lots of oil / fat / butter in a frying pan
and add 1 or 2 or 3 spoons of flour
and fry the flour in the fat while mixing it with a spatula
so that it becomes a paste
and then add cold water
while continue to mix it with a spatula
and then add more water and continue to mix it
until it becomes a sauce consistency
then ingredients could be added to the sauce base
such as lots of cheese
stir with a spatula while heating
until the cheese melts and is mixed with the sauce
serve
but cheese is expensive
so instead cheaper ingredients could be added to the sauce base
such as tomato paste from a tube or can
add spices and salt
stir with a spatula while heating
until the sauce is done
