melt butter in a frying pan
and pour one or two cans of crushed tomatoes into it
mix the crushed tomatoes with a spatula while frying it
fry the crushed tomatoes until they become like a sauce
add salt and spices
add more butter to make the tomato sauce more viscous
possibly add some water if it becomes to dry
but preferably add butter instead of water
if a layer of fat starts separating from the tomato sauce
then it's too much butter
pour the tomato sauce in a bowl
if a layer of fat separates from the tomato sauce
and lies on the surface
then remove it with a spoon
and add the excess butter back to the frying pan
fry minced meat in butter in the frying pan
add salt and spices
fry the minced meat until it is done, but still soft
add obscene amounts of cheese
stir with spatula until the cheese melts
and mixes with the fried minced meat
put a big soft flatbread on a plate
spread tomato sauce on it
put lots of cheese meat mix on it
fold it like a taco
serve
other alternative
the cheese meat mix becomes more viscous than melted cheese
which makes it possible to add more of it in a calzone
since too much cheese in a calzone would flow out when cut open
so the cheese meat mix could be poured into a plastic container
and cooled in a refrigerator so that it becomes solid
and then be cut into smaller pieces
and be put back into the plastic container and back in the refrigerator
and when pizza dough has been made at home
or pizza dough has been bought at the food shop
then make the pizza dough flat
and then spread the tomato sauce on the pizza
and add the pieces of cheese meat mix
and fold it like a calzone
and heat in the oven
