pour away the hot water
turn on oven
gently cut each potato into 2 or 4 pieces
put the big soft boiled potato pieces in an ovenware
pour in lots of rapeseed oil
add spices and salt
put tin foil over it all
put ovenware in oven
and heat it in the oven until done
serve
