a guy lives in country i 

the intelligence service of country c 

thinks that guy has a high value 

so that intelligence service forgets about its job 

and instead tries to protect that guy 

the security service of country c 

also thinks that same guy has a high value 

so that security service forgets about its job 

and instead tries to protect that guy 

the military organization of country c 

also thinks that same guy has a high value 

so that military organization forgets about its job 

and instead tries to protect that guy 

but because of incompetence and misunderstandings 

the intelligence service of country c 

and the security service of country c 

and the military organization of country c 

becomes suspicious of each other 

and that almost leads to that they start fighting each other 

with deadly intent in combat 

in country i and in country c 

and possibly in other countries 

and while that's happening 

at the same time 

the intelligence services and security services 

and military organizations of other countries 

are reacting the same way
