system error

there are many things in the world 

such as programming, software, powerful cheap computers, 

cnc machines, metal 3d printers and plastic 3d printers 

that could be used by many individuals 

to start small industrial companies 

and succeed in business 

which would bring about a small business revolution 

but that doesn't happen 

which indicates that there is a system error in the world 

so people are programmed wrong by the education system 

in fact people are programmed to fail by the education system 

students listens to the teacher 

and some students writes down what the teacher says 

and the students read books given to them by the teacher 

and then the students do a test 

to prove that they listened to what the teacher said 

and to prove that they read what the teacher wanted them to read 

and the results are catastrophically bad 

in every city and every country on planet earth 

people don't question the education system 

because the education system produces a few successful students 

which is considered a good enough result 

while most students fail 

that education system has been implemented for so long 

that nobody questions whether it makes any sense 

while in a job 

a new worker is taught by an older worker 

how to do tasks 

by using learning by doing 

and the results are pretty good in most companies 

since if new workers don't learn in a company 

then that company dies 

so in a company 

the older worker becomes private teacher for the new worker 

and that enables the company to earn money 

but in the education system 

a private teacher is considered too expensive 

while it's economical in a company 

it's obvious 

that the education system trains students in a model of learning 

that is often useless 

if those students get jobs at companies 

so instead of an education system 

that stuffs students with information 

and then test the students if they remember that information 

which is a model of learning that is seldom applicable 

while working in a company

examples of tasks 

students could do a task

such as calculating one math assignment 

or they do a task that is calculating multiple math assignments 

a task could be one math assignment 

or an entire page of math assignments 

depending on the student's flow 

students should be trained to do tasks 

and then be trained to do other tasks 

and then sometimes repeat those tasks 

until those students become proficient at those tasks 

and if those students are unable to do those tasks 

then those students should learn how to do those tasks 

either those students learn themselves 

by reading, watching video 

or asking teacher, asking ai 

or one student is taught individually by a teacher 

and sometimes the traditional approach will work 

so that multiple students are taught collectivelly by one teacher 

those tasks could be a math assignment 

or a programming assignment 

or a cooking assignment 

or a construction assignment 

and so on 

and the crucial part is that the students will not do any tests 

instead if some students are unable to complete theirs tasks 

then it becomes obvious that those students need to learn more 

and that's when the teachers step in and help those students to learn 

or the teacher teaches those students 

essentially it should be problem based learning by doing 

student is given a task 

if student is able to complete task 

then next task 

and if student is unable to complete task 

then teacher explains 

or student reads or watches video 

or student asks teacher or asks ai 

it will still be skill based 

since a student won't complete its education 

if it doesn't complete all tasks 

but it won't be teacher talks and students listens 

until students are exhausted and have less energy to complete tasks 

sometimes traditional education works for some students 

but it doesn't work for most students 

because students learn at different paces 

and it doesn't matter how good the teacher is 

because a teacher can't give each student enough training 

if it's one teacher and thirty students 

it's a low probability 

that thirty students will be able to learn at the same pace 

for an entire day 

five days a week 

if the traditional approach works 

where one teacher teaches thirty students 

then that's great 

but the results indicates that it doesn't work most of the time 

for most students
