if a multi lane maglev road is built as an experimental test track 

to run experiments on maglev cars driving on the maglev road 

then when those maglev cars reaches speeds close to 1000 km/h 

then that experimental test track 

could be used for maglev car races 

so that the ticket sales 

and ads from video streaming the maglev car races 

could add some revenue to the research
