for the last few years
it's nothing serious, but it's annoying
so I have usually been countering my stomach problems by fasting
which means that I eat less
and then I go to toilet less often
and for the last few months I have been getting worse stomach problems
if I eat meat and other animal proteins
which is a problem for me
because I become aggressive if I don't eat meat
but I have tried whey proteins the last few meals
and it doesn't seem to cause me stomach problems
and eating whey proteins calms down my aggression
that I get from meat abstinence
I have probably lost some weight from my fasting
so that I might look weak
but I will probably look more healthy when I eat more proteins
such as whey proteins
that I have been fasting is also because I'm very poor
so I'm eating less because of poverty
that I have lost so much muscle mass for the last 5 years
is because I had no opportunity to train strength
because of my miserable living conditions
and because I have been living under extreme poverty
which has meant having very little money for food
for the last 5 years
