blue zone

if there is conflict or war in an african country 

or conflict or war between two african countries 

then the conflict zone / war zone could be considered a red zone 

and a blue zone could be established 

that is controlled by private military companies 

financed by the african union / european union / united nations 

and the private military companies 

would have excessive amounts of firepower 

so that they could defeat every military on that continent 

the private military companies would recruit africans, europeans 

and others who volunteer 

african people could flee as refugees from the red zone to the blue zone 

and in the blue zone a functioning economy would be established 

where refugees would get jobs in industrial areas and agriculture areas 

when china destroyed it's own economy with communism 

then hong kong still thrived under british rule 

because the british established a functioning economy in hong kong 

but the british rented hong kong from china 

and a blue zone would not be rented 

instead the blue zone would be an interim solution 

until the red zone of the country becomes peaceful 

and gets a functioning economy 

the blue zone solution would enable people to flee as refugees 

from an unsafe part of their country to a safe part of their country 

instead of fleeing as refugees to another country 

and the red zone of the country would rot 

while the blue zone would thrive
