spacex has the workhorse falcon 9 rocket 

which is cheap since it's reusable 

and has a proven track record 

so spacex could export the falcon 9 rocket 

as a product or service 

to countries that are allied with usa 

since those countries are allowed to buy 

american defence products and services 

there is a market demand in many countries 

to launch their own satellites 

in nato countries in europe 

and in usa allied countries in asia 

and there could be a market demand 

to launch their own satellites 

in usa allied countries in the middle east 

and in usa allied countries in latin america 

and in usa alllied countries in africa 

spacex could build more factories in usa 

and mass produce falcon 9 rockets 

and then export them by ship to target markets 

which would create a lot of american jobs 

and since the falcon 9 rocket 

has made access to space cheaper 

then that could enable more companies in many countries 

to develop and produce their own satellites 

and that could grow the space economy 

and in countries with no previous experience of space business 

companies could buy off the shelf components 

to develop and produce smallsats 

and that could grow the space economy even more 

and if spacex exports a lot of falcon 9 rockets 

then that will create opportunities for spacex 

to export larger reusable rockets in the future 

and when spacex starts producing larger reusable rockets 

then that could enable spacex customers 

to industrialize the moon, the asteroid belt and mars 

with swarms of robots that construct factories 

and to construct large distributed space projects 

such as space based solar power 

and the construction in space of very large spacecraft 

and very large space stations 

and that could grow the space economy a lot more 

and if american companies 

do some of those industrial projects in space 

then that could create a lot of american jobs 

both on planet earth and in space 

and all that industrial activity in space 

will encourage the us space force 

to create a fleet of military spacecraft 

possibly to protect trade routes in space 

spacex will probably not be allowed 

to export rockets to countries that are adversaries to usa 

such as china and russia 

but usa, nato countries and us allied countries 

will probably not import russian or chinese rockets 

so spacex is thereby protected from loosing market share 

to cheap copycat chinese rockets
