the foreground graphics 
is done by the weak local processing of the game console 
which keeps the latency low between the gamer and the server 
while the background graphics 
is done by the strong cloud processing of the servers 
which keeps the game console cheap 

in an mmo game 
it would be 10% local processing and 90% cloud processing 

and in an open world game 
it would be 20% local processing and 80% cloud processing 

and in an multiplayer fps shooter 
it would be 50% local processing and 50% cloud processing 

microsoft successfully implemented a weak local strong cloud model 
in the game flight simulator 2024 

microsoft's data centers already has enough processing power 
but the internet connections all the way home to the gamers 
have too low bandwidth 
because of weak infrastructure in usa

could turn current gen xbox and playstation consoles 
into next gen consoles 

when poverty decreases 
and every human in every country 
lives with atleast american economic standards
then a lot more guys will have 
game consoles and gaming computers 
and most people will have wearable ar/vr headsets 
and that will significantly increase the processing of gaming data 
which will increase the need 
to offload a lot of that processing of data into the cloud 
such as data centers in space 
mainly because of economics of scale
