transistor manufacturing
and spacecraft production

are only used during sensitive production of products
and construction of sensitive facilities
then there is low risk of accidentally spreading
self replicating molecular machines

but if self replicating molecular machines
and self replicating atomic machines
did accidentally spread into nature and human populations
then that could be used as an excuse
to explain why so many humans have become cybernetic
with cybernetics that is atleast as advanced
as atomic machine cybernetics
because excuses will soon be needed
to explain why humans will start living longer
and why humans are stopping to age
and why humans are becoming younger
and why so many children seem to be so gifted
and so on
