so the chinese military can only

on a few places on the planet 

to fire missiles 

the ukrainian military would benefit 

from the satellite capability that usa has 

but usa might be reluctant 

to give the ukrainian military too much capability 

but ukraine could buy satellites from foreign companies 

and have those satellites launched into space by foreign companies 

and then ukrainian drone pilots would get a longer reach 

and possibly a global reach 

american and european companies 

would probably be eager to do business 

but the question is if ukraine has enough money to pay

and in the same way the russian military would benefit 

from having more satellites 

so maybe china and russia 

could finance russian and chinese companies 

that would try to replicate the success of spacex falcon 9 and starlink 

but the quickest way would be for china and russia 

to develop and produce fully autonomous drones 

that don't need satellite connection 

because those drones decide themselves 

which targets to kill or destroy
