and makes farming cheaper 

and that strengthens the economy 

which enables the economy to develop 

so build nuclear power where the area is secure 

build wind farms where the area is windy 

build solar farms where the area is sunny 

build dams where it's possible 

build fossil fuel power plants when there is little money to spend 

and build wave power where it's possible 

arguing about which type of energy production 

is the less worst 

is a waste of time 

energy production facilities can be problematic 

but poverty is worse 

and starvation is even worse
