if different countries that are enemies against each other 

think that I have a high value 

then that could lead to complications 

if those countries tries to protect me 

and since I'm in an area 

that some probably expect country A to consider to be it's domain 

then some probably expect that country A will protect me 

but country B and country C 

thinks that country A seems weak 

and that country A has too little capability near me 

so that country A is unable to protect me 

then that could lead to that country B and country C 

wants to move their own capabilities more near to me 

in order to protect me 

which could lead to complications 

if country B and country C 

tries to move their capabilities into an area 

which some probably expect country A to consider to be it's domain
