as long as there are unrighteous individuals alive somewhere 
I don't want peace in any war or conflict 
on the planet earth or anywhere else in the universe

decreases the survivability of unrighteous individuals 

this has been my reasining for quite some time 

example: 
if there are no more unrighteous humans alive on planet earth 
then it seems unnecessary to continue wars and conflicts 
on planet earth 
but if there are unrighteous aliens alive in another galaxy 
then those unrighteous aliens 
will try to abuse and torture other aliens 
but if situations are controlled so that those other aliens are protected 
and human soldiers on planet earth that fight wars and conflicts 
are abused and tortured instead 
then unrighteous alien will be lured out and murdered
