cybernetic weapons

I use exotic technology 

to cybernetically upgrade all righteous humans 

so that those humans get better health, increased survivability 

and become improved in many ways 

but there are probably strategic considerations 

depending on which countries are enemies or allies with each other 

regarding which countries' soldiers 

that I will upgrade with cybernetic weapons
