almost disaster every day and night

there are probably a lot of righteous individuals 

in every population in every country

that would benefit their populations and countries 

and that development could benefit 

both enemy countries and allied countries 

but many of those righteous individuals 

are incompetent and misunderstand 

so they try to use inappropriate methods and strategies 

and that leads to inappropriate results 

but if those righteous individuals 

that are incompetent and misunderstand 

learn appropriate methods and strategies 

then they could achieve appropriate results
