that some alien civilization had synthesized cow milk 

I immediately understood the situation 
some aliens were attempting to create food

and it was telepathically insinuated to me 
that an alien girl had used the cow milk to bake a blueberry pastry for me 

and that type of blueberry pastry 
has been my favourite for most of my life 
which could indicate that I have known that alien girl
