which indicates that humans will live in the warm areas of a country 

and automated industry will reside in the cold areas of a country 

so in usa, canada, greenland, scandinavia and russia 

the populations will mostly prefer 

to live in the warm areas of those countries 

while the automated industries 

could reside in the cold areas of those countries 

there could be fully automated industries such as: 

mining, refineries, heavy industries, 

dirty industries, recycling industries, 

data centers cooled by the cold climate, 

nuclear power far away from population areas, 

desalination near the cold seas with less ecologic impact 

spaceports for material transport, transport spacecraft production 

fully automated and controlled by ai on site 

and remotely monitored by employed humans off site in warm areas 

this would enable those countries to industrialize more in cold areas 

and automate industries more in cold areas 

while employing humans in warmer areas 

humans reproduce a lot if they are poor and the country is unstable 

because few of the children survive 

until they become old enough to reproduce 

humans reproduce less if they aren't poor and the country is stable
