if a man fulfills certain criteria 

then instincts will activate in other human men 

so that those human men 

will want that man as their man of influence 

those instincts have probably been formed by evolution 

so it's almost impossible for those human men to resist their instincts 

to choose that man as their man of influence 

the instinctual behaviour could explain 

the seemingly covert behaviour of those men 

such as those men insinctively self organizing to achieve their goals 

when those men have chosen their man of influence 

then those men could instinctively become very protective 

of their man of influence 

which could make it dangerous for other men 

that show an interest of that man of influence 

because those other men are instinctively searching for a man 

that could become their man of influence 

there are evolutionary reasons for these circumstances 

a man that influences other men and women 

so that those men and women succeed 

increases the survivability of that group 

example: 

long ago there was a tribe 

an old man was leader of the tribe 

the old man was wise 

because he knew how to solve a lot of problems 

that the tribe and previous generations of the tribe 

had encountered before 

and the tribe had a religious leader 

and the religious leader had knowledge about traditions 

so when the tribe encountered new types of problems 

then there was a young man in the tribe 

who figured out how to fix those new problems 

and he figured out how to solve old problems more efficiently 

the men and women of the tribe 

instinctively followed the influence of the young man 

so the young man influenced the men and women of the tribe 

in how to solve new problems 

and solve old problems more efficiently 

the old male leader and the religious leader 

did not interfere with the young man's influence 

because the influence of the young man 

increased the survivability of the tribe 

the old man continued to be the leader of the tribe 

and the religious leader continued with his role in the tribe 

while the young man covertly became a man of influence 

and a new system had been created by the tribe
