evil

if media reports that an organization is evil 

and some individuals were provoked by that 

so that those individuals say that if they got the opportunity 

then they would kill the leader of that organization 

and/or kill personnel in that organization 

then if some interests assume that one person has a high value 

then those interests probably try to protect that person 

but if the organization considered to be evil 

tries to recruit the high value person 

and some individuals want to kill anyone in the "evil" organization 

then interests could become worried 

and try to protect high value person 

against individuals
