regulating temperature

I need to use warm clothes and warm sleeping equipment 

to avoid freezing in my tent because it's cold outside 

but after a while the ground under me becomes warmer 

so that I become warmer 

and I need to remove some of my warm clothes 

and open the tent window 

and sleep with my head outside my sleeping bag 

with a slightly open sleeping bag 

if I don't remove warm clothes, open tent window 

and sleep with my head outside my sleeping bag 

then I get difficulties breathing 

which indicates that my breathing is a way for me to cool myself down 

and not a way to oxygenate my machine brain and cyborg body 

these circumstances could be of interest 

if some androids or cybernetic humans 

in the future would use space suits in space 

and hard shell diving suits in deep waters 

which are closed systems
