probably decreased the survivability of unrighteous humans 

during the last thousand years 
the peace in africa 
probably increased the survivability of unrighteous humans 

africa has caught up with europe in the bloodshed 
for about the last 75 years 
which probably killed a lot of unrighteous humans 
and the results of that 
is starting to show in the development of african countries
