a human needs technology like a computer to work as a office worker
and in the future a human with it's own company will need technology like a group of humanoid robots to do various construction jobs
or a fleet of autonomous vehicles to do transport jobs
and so on
what could change is that more humans will have their own companies with autonomous technologies used as tools
instead of humans working as hired personel
work reducing technologies have historically always improved lives of humans
companies that fully replaced all their human employees
with ai and robotics would make extremely much money
so that even if the taxes were miniscule
there would still be lots of tax money collected
that could pay for welfare or more likely universal basic income
to humans
until those humans had enough money to invest in stocks of companies and could live of dividends of those stocks
and if humans lost all their money through incompetent investing,
then they would receive universal basic income again
