how to program yourself to do what you intend

if you are to tired or have to little time to go to the gym 
pack training clothes and training stuff in bag/rucksack 
and go out for a walk or a drive 
during walk or drive, maybe you change your mind and decide to go training anyway, you got your training stuff, you are outside, you might as well go for a quick training session 

and if not, atleast you got some fresh air
