all those unrighteous humans that tried to abuse and torture me 

and I have been abused and tortured all my life 

and I'm 42 years old 

that says a lot about how many unrighteous humans there were 

chicken hearts

chicken hearts is one of the cheapest type of meat 

if you buy a paket of only chicken hearts 

it's easy to cook and very tasty 

put butter in a frying pan and heat it 

put chicken hearts in frying pan 

and put salt and spices on them 

fry them until done 

healthy, tasty, cheap and easy recipe 

one of my favourite protein food when I was strength training 

everybody has a right to opportunity

it's possible that few unrighteous humans are still alive 

but those unrighteous humans that are alive 

are probably born severely physically disabled and mentally disabled 

and because of that they have trouble to succeed in what they want 

what do they need to succeed in what they want to do 

do they need more healthcare personel to help them communicate 

do they need more technology to help them communicate 

more medication to keep patients docile is not always the right answer 

that could make the food taste less 

and that could make the entertainment less exciting 

liver stew

I never liked the taste of fried liver 

but maybe this recipe could work 

I haven't tried it yet 

but will probably cook it when I get the opportunity to 

cut liver into pieces 

blend liver pieces in blender machine into liver paste 

open a few cans of crushed tomatoes 

use spoon to mix liver paste with crushed tomatoes in a bowl 

cut onion to pieces 

fry onions in butter 

pour tomato liver mix in frying pan 

additional ingredients could be added 

such as butter, cream and eggs 

add spices and salt 

boil on medium heat until done 

liver is probably the most cheap meat there is 

and healthy 

which could make it essential for those living on a budget 

the magic is to fix the taste with a good recipe

the more I blog about problems, concepts, ideas and strategies 

increases the amount of information and knowledge 

that my consciousness get access to from my subconsciousness 

that could indicate that what I blog has an effect on humanity 

and as humanity develops because I solve problems 

then next step is required and to be able take next step 

my consciousness get access to information and knowledge 

from my subconsciousness 

choices

it's wrong to take the future away from other countries 

if those countries need conflicts and wars to decrease 

the survivability of unrighteous humans in their populations 

then that's the choice of those countries 

logic

I think that what I write on my blog decreases racism 

because humans that read my blog realizes 

that other ethnicities are not the problem 

but instead that unrighteous humans in every ethnicity are the problem
