it's possible that few unrighteous humans are still alive 
but those unrighteous humans that are alive 
are probably born severely physically disabled and mentally disabled 
and because of that they have trouble to succeed in what they want 
what do they need to succeed in what they want to do 
do they need more healthcare personel to help them communicate 
do they need more technology to help them communicate
