the neural os skips all the software fluff that a legacy os has
and instead the neural os changes its technique
to use an app like a tool
which would enable any app to run natively on it
like a carpenter using one technique
to use a hammer as a tool
and that carpenter using another technique
to use a saw as a tool
and the neural os becomes a virtual extension of the user
which enables the user to use any app
on that neural os
like a carpenter using its work clothes
to carry multiple tools from different companies
on the work clothes
