that warns both fully autonomous vehicles and human driven vehicles 

about road dangers such as human accidents 

these high speed motorways will enable people 

to buy cheap land far away from the city 

and use humanoid robots to build very cheap family houses on their land 

so that they can live comfortably and cheap 

with humanoid robots farming crops and raising cattle on their land 

while the parents work in the city 

and the children study in the city 

and later as more advanced technology is allowed on the civilian market 

then maglev motorways will replace the high speed motorways 

and maglev motorways will enable fully autonomous electric cars to travel at 1000 km/h 

which will enable people to buy even cheaper land very far away from the city 

and live there 

while working in the city 

there is a lot of empty land on planet earth 

waiting to be farmed and settled
