which will require so much workforce 

that a labour shortage will occur 

even if all human workers were employed 

so trade unions and the political left 

could legislate that companies become required by law 

to always select humans instead of ai and humanoid robots 

for employment 

every company competes against each other 

about hiring workers and personnel 

so if a factory needs 1000 workers and 50 personnel 

then maybe the factory will only be able to hire 

500 human factory workers and 40 human personnel 

because of a labour shortage 

and then the factory buys 500 humanoid robot workers and 10 ai personnel 

and later if the factory grows 

and it's unable to hire more human workers and human personnel 

because of labour shortage 

then the factory buys humanoid robots and ai 

but as soon as humans are available for employment 

then the factory will hire those humans as workers and personnel 

instead of buying humanoid robots and ai 

and after the available humans have been hired by the factory 

then the factory continues to buy more humanoid robots and ai 

this economic strategy protects worker rights 

while ensuring economic growth
