when multiple individuals live in a home 

then those individuals share a toilet in that home 

and then it becomes easy for individual B to harass individual A 

while individual C and individual D 

either ignores the harassment or doesn't notice it 

so that when individual A takes a shit in the toilet 

then individual B pulls at the door handle of the toilet door 

and individual B knocks at the toilet door 

which distresses individual A 

and then when individual A is done with the toilet  

then individual B doesn't need to use the toilet 

and sometimes individual B complains to individual A 

in order to further distress individual A 

if the government gave subsidies and/or tax reliefs 

to homes that build more than one bathroom 

in homes where multiple individuals live 

then that could make harassment more difficult
