if there is more than one universe 
then there could be a near infinite amount of universes 

and since there have been unrighteous humans alive 

in most human populations on planet earth 

then it could be assumed 

that there are or have been unrighteous aliens alive 

in most alien civilizations in this universe 

so with that assumption 

it could further be assumed 

that there are or have been unrighteous aliens alive 

in every other universe 

if there are other universes 

so atleast some aliens need to be turned into deniable operators 

in every alien civilization 

and those aliens need to learn dark arts 

in order to become deniable operators 

and they need to be upgraded with exotic technology cybernetics 

in order to become more efficient 

and those deniable operators 

will lure out and/or murder unrighteous aliens 

androids born on planet earth 

are already luring out and/or murdering unrighteous aliens 

in other galaxies 

and humans that have learnt dark arts 

and have been upgraded with exotic technology cybernetics 

are probably capable of luring out and/or murdering unrighteous aliens
