and then the rest will sort itself out

are able to take control
of companies, intelligence services, security services
and militaries
in both friendly countries and enemy countries
and individuals that knows dark arts
are able to take control
of friendly countries and enemy countries
and individuals that knows dark arts
are able to control
situations near themselves
so that they always win in combat
