many successful athletes that trained in sports clubs 

became successful because at home they had parents 

that were like private coaches to their child 

and many successful students that studied in schools 

became successful because at home they had parents 

that were like private teachers to their child 

but most children don't have parents 

that are capable or have time 

to coach their children in sports 

or teach their children in studies 

and worst of all 

most families can't afford to pay for private teachers 

for their children 

but if schools have more teachers per student 

and those teachers help students to solve assignments during studies 

instead of one teacher wasting its time and energy 

explaining theory to 30 students 

then more students will succeed with their studies 

children that can't get help from their parents 

with studies at home after school 

will have fewer opportunities to succeed 

equal opportunities for children and teenagers 

in the education system 

is the path forward to economic growth 

since successful students become competent workers 

and competent workers enable companies to succeed 

and successful companies earn more money 

so that the government gets more tax money
