but a country won't save any money
by trying to cut its welfare costs
because it's usually a constant amount
of unemployed people, pensioners, students,
sick people and injured people
but a country could save enormous amounts of money
by enabling companies to produce cheaper products and services
so that people on welfare spend less of their welfare money
to pay for food and housing
so that people om welfare thereby need less welfare money
which reduces the welfare expenses of that country
and every government is capable of enabling companies
to produce cheaper products and services
such as food and apartments
in every country
the simple thing is if communication is established
between governments and companies
so that governments learn what companies need
what companies need to produce cheaper products and services
could be what media writes about
such as automation and lower taxes
but it could also be something that some talk about
such as better work training programmes
and something obvious like less rules and less bureaucracy
and it could be something else
