dangerous routine

if an individual starts to study by itself 

either online 

or with library books 

or in a class at school 

then the brain of that individual will be exhausted 

by all the new information that is absorbed 

so that the individual could lose all motivation to keep on studying 

but that the brain becomes exhausted  

from study overload 

so that the student loses all motvation 

is a natural process 

and when a student becomes exhausted from studies 

then the first step is to try to power through 

but if that doesn't work 

then the second step is to switch methods

and the important thing is that the student doesn't give up 

so when the student becomes exhausted from solving math problems 

then the student could switch to reading math theory in books 

and when the student becomes exhausted from that 

then the student could switch to watching khan academy math videos 

and when the student becomes exhausted from that 

then the student could watch youtube videos 

about how math affects business and engineering 

and when the student becomes exhausted from that 

then it could be time for the student to train sports 

or play video games 

or watch movies 

or sleep a siesta 

or sleep for the night 

when a student loses focus 

and gets distracted 

and stops to study 

then the student thinks it's a bad student 

that will never succed with studies 

but that's wrong 

instead it's the brain of the student that needs to rest 

and possibly sleep 

but with that said 

it's important to study as much as possible 

for as long as possible 

especially in the beginning 

most students that give up and quit their studies 

probably do so from what they experience 

as lack of motivation 

and lack of discipline 

and boredom 

and distractions 

but it's none of that 

instead it's that their brains are exhausted from studies 

and that they should have powered through that exhaustion 

or switched methods 

and then slept as much as possible 

so that their brains would have rested enough 

and then the motivation to study would have returned 

which would have enabled those students 

to not give up and not quit their studies 

important thing is to try to study every day 

atleast a little 

especially in the beginning 

never give up
