and /or if I have helped some individuals
and those individuals feel gratitude to me
then they don't need to do anything for me
neither directly nor indirectly
instead they could do what they can
to make the world a better place
by helping and protecting themselves
so that they can help and protect their families and friends
because that will benefit me most of all in the long run
and my run will be longer than my fall
